A beginner's guide to Ninja Pack
1) What is a Ninja Pack?
Ninja Pack is prepaid delivery product purchased in advance online or through selected MBE outlets.
Price varies depending on the type and size.
2) How to use a Ninja Pack?
Purchase the Ninja Pack in advance, pack and create order on our Ninja Dashboard before drop off. You can drop off your parcel at any of our 5000+ Ninja Points which can be found here.
3) Where can I buy a Ninja Pack?
Ninja Packs can be purchased at my-packs.ninjavan.co, our official Shopee store at Ninja Van Malaysia, our official Lazada store at Ninja Van Malaysia or offline at selected MBE outlets within Peninsular Malaysia.

4) When will I receive the Ninja Pack I ordered online via my-packs.ninjavan.co?
You should receive an order confirmation email after placing an order, followed by another email containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Typically, you will receive your order the next working day if the order is placed on a working day (Monday - Friday) before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends and public holidays will be delivered within 1-3 working days.
5) How much does postage cost?
Ninja Packs have a flat rate within Peninsular Malaysia, which means you can deliver anywhere within Peninsular Malaysia without additional or hidden charges. The price for each Ninja Pack is determined by the size and type of Ninja Pack you wish to purchase with no weight limit.
