Ninja Packs can exclusively be used for domestic deliveries in Peninsular Malaysia. We do not deliver to East Malaysia.
Please note that there are a few restricted areas to which we cannot deliver to. Read through the two lists below "Restricted Areas" and "Restricted Postal codes" for more details. If you are looking to ship goods overseas or other delivery services, please get in touch with our Sales team by filling up a form here.

Please note that you are required to adhere to the Packaging Guidelines and a list of Prohibited Items when delivering with Ninja Packs and other Ninja Van delivery services. Additionally, Ninja Van will only be able to deliver within designated serviceable areas. 

Ninja Van’s liability for any loss of or damage to delivery items shall be limited to the value of the delivery item (as declared on Dashboard) or RM200 per parcel, whichever is lower. Unless a claim for loss or damage of parcel is made within 7 days from the completion of Delivery Services and according to Ninja's prevailing standard procedure, Shipper irrevocably and perpetually waives all claims for lost or damaged parcels.
