To set up your shop, you can either use the Shopee app or the Shopee Seller Center. However, setting up your store via a desktop or laptop computer is advisable for ease of viewing and setup.

With the growth of online shopping among Malaysian consumers, courier services need to cope with a high volume of parcel delivery and making sure that parcels are delivered on time to recipients.
However, due to the increased demand for courier services during the MCO period, the Malaysian Multimedia Super Corridor (MCMC) reported that courier services faced backlash and complaints from consumers regarding late deliveries and damaged parcels (Harian Metro, 2021).
To assist courier service providers in overcoming delivery challenges and providing a more reliable delivery service to Malaysian consumers, Malaysia Multimedia Super Corridor (MCMC) and the Ministry of Communications and Multimedia have launched the National Courier Accelerator Plan, or PAKEJ.
What is PAKEJ?
PAKEJ is a strategic plan that aims to improve Malaysia's overall courier and postal services. It is based on the National Postal Courier Industry Lab ( NPCIL) initiative, which aims to expand coverage, access, and flexibility for users, as well as to improve service quality (QoS) for a more seamless customer experience and to help the e-commerce industry grow.
Essentially, it is a five-year action plan that focuses on achieving Industrial Sustainability and First-Class Quality of Service (QoS) by 2025 through the eight initiatives listed below.
Let’s take a look at the first pillar which is Achieving Industry Sustainability.
Parcel Point Network as a part of the PAKEJ’s initiative.
With regards to late delivery, the Parcel Point Network initiative was created to address the issue of missed deliveries, and what's interesting is that it's a collaborative effort between all courier partners!
The Parcel Point Network, also known as PUDO (Pickup and Drop Off) locations, is a central delivery and collection system that enables consumers to pick up their parcels at their convenience, particularly if they are unable to receive their parcel at their home.
PAKEJ also intends to expand and increase the number of parcel point networks or PUDO facilities in the future in order to improve consumers' access to purchased goods. This is also in line with Ninja Van Malaysia’s goal of expanding our PUDO services to deliver seamless coverage to support the e-commerce industry’s growth.

Have you bought anything online lately? If so, how do you dispose of your parcel’s packaging?

It has come to our attention that scammers will use your personal information as a bargaining chip to conduct illegal activities like making transfers or purchases.

How on earth do they manage to do it? It appears that they got all the information that they needed from your discarded packages.
Your packaging contains personal information like your name, address, and telephone number. These are all precious information that solely belongs to you and shouldn’t fall under the wrong hands.
Once they manage to steal your information, particularly your phone number, the scammers will employ various tactics such as continuously calling you and harassing you.
Next time, if a suspicious number keeps calling you to acquire your personal information, you will know what to do.
If they can do that, imagine the length of what they would do with the rest of your information.
An article from The Star has highlighted this issue. There are cases in which scammers use the information to trick you into accepting the fake parcel through the Cash on Delivery method posing as delivery personnel.
This incident does not only happen in Malaysia, but it does happen to people from other countries as more and more people fall prey to the online scammers’ method to make you pay for them.
#2. Now, what can you do?
First, be extra mindful and vigilant when it comes to your packaging. Once you have unwrapped your parcel, dispose of it properly, and remove your information if necessary. It can be as easy as using a pen to cover your info.
Secondly, do not just throw your packaging away where people can easily retrieve it.
Remember to dispose of your packaging correctly to help protect yourself against these online scammers. If possible, you can tear the package to shred.
Third, if this somehow happens to you, do not panic and give in to whatever the scammers said to you. Remember that they will say anything under the sun to convince you.
If you find that the situation has gotten out of control or potentially could be life-threatening, please report this incident at once to the local authority.

Suddenly online meet-ups IS the way to be. We hold meetings virtually, our kids studied online and just last month, we had to have our reunion dinner virtually too due to the interstate travel ban.
With such limitations, we see something else getting on the rise – ONLINE SHOPPING. Can you believe me if I tell you that I’ve not gone out shopping physically since last year?
It is almost a year now since the implementation of the first MCO and I’ve not stepped into a shopping mall since then. I do all my shopping online and got very familiar with parcel deliveries.
As many of you know, I am also doing some small scale home business and this requires me to send out parcels regularly. Lately, I use Ninja Pack a lot. The reason?
Because it is prepaid hence I do not have to face the hassle of paying at the counter and the price is based on the pack size and not weight which is of an advantage for me because the product I am selling has a fixed size and if I were to use other delivery services that charge me by weight, I’ll definitely be paying extra.
4 SIMPLE STEPS TO USE NINJA PACKS

It took only a day for my parcel to arrive Melaka to my Mom. I haven’t even started tracking when my Mom called me saying she got my parcel!

#1. Find the perfect Ninja Pack size with Ninja Trial Pack.
How do you know the right size if you haven't tried it yet?
Ninja Trial Pack allows you to find the right polymailer size for your product by giving you hands-on experience with it. Simply measure your product and compare it to the sizes of the Ninja Trial Packs. Once you've found the right size, you can order a bundle of Ninja Pack in that size.
I wanted to send my item from Klang to Subang. With the destination in mind and a Ninja Pack in hand, I decided to go with the S size.
The S size is the perfect size for small items that are not too fragile. If you're sending a larger or more fragile item, you may need to choose a larger size.
#2. Measure your product first.
This step is a no-brainer, but it is important to measure your product first to determine the best poly mailer size for your product.
To do this, I simply measure the length, width and height of my item. Once you have the measurements, you can compare them to the sizes of the Ninja Pack.
After packing my item, I inserted it into the pack. It fits nicely, and it is ready to be sent.
However, before you send your package, there is one thing you need to do.
#3. Create order with Ninja Dashboard.
The best thing with Ninja Pack is that you don't have to worry about queuing or writing your recipient's information on an airway bill.
Once you get your Ninja Pack, you can create an account on Ninja Dashboard. It is your one-stop Dashboard for everything you need to know about your parcel, its whereabouts and your order history.
Click here to register a LITE account. Once you have created an account, you can start sending your parcels.
To create an order, you can either click on the New Order Button or the Create Order button.
1. Pickup
The first section is to fill in your Return Address. This part is important in case the parcel needs to be returned to you, such as if your recipient is not available to receive it after the three delivery attempts.
You can drop off your Ninja Pack at any Pick Up Drop Off Point (PUDO) at your convenience. You can easily find the location by entering your postcode or address.
2. Your orders.
You can choose to upload a file or type your orders manually. The file must be in CSV or Excel format. You can also download the example file provided. This feature is useful for large bulk orders.
I chose to type my orders manually. In this section, you will need to enter your recipient's information and Ninja Pack ID.
Simply turn over your Ninja Pack to find the Tracking ID at the back.
3. Review and place orders.
Click the CONFIRM button to proceed. Congratulations! Your order has been created!
But wait, we're not done yet. The last step is to find a Ninja Point to drop off your parcel. If you haven't identified one yet, you can do so by searching for "Ninja Point" on Google or clicking HERE.
I'm all set! The Ninja Point is just a few minutes from my location. I was surprised to find out that there are many Ninja Points near my residential area.
